Designing
Designing

Designing

We begin with your design concept whether it’s your own artwork, sketch, or inspiration board, our design team will translate it into a detailed weaving plan.

Our skilled designers use advanced carpet design software to create a weaving graph and color layout. You can choose an existing design from our portfolio and customize the size or colors to suit your space.
Dyeing

Dyeing

Color matters. Our dyeing specialists mix and prepare premium dyes to ensure rich, accurate color matching.

Yarns are carefully weighed, dyed to your chosen palette, and dried in conditions best suited for each color. This ensures longevity and vibrancy of shade from soft neutrals to bold contrasts.
Yarn rolling

Yarn rolling

Once the yarn is dry, it moves to the rolling stage. Skilled workers roll the yarn into balls and prepare it for weaving.

This is where our artisans blend different fibers like wool, silk, or custom mixes depending on your design and quality requirements.
Weaving

Weaving

Your carpet design is now ready for production.
Using the design graph as a guide, expert weavers work with precision on our looms. Every knot and weave follows the mapped pattern and color sequence, bringing the design to life knot by knot.
Washing

Washing

After weaving is complete, the carpet undergoes a careful washing process.
This removes any debris and enhances the texture and softness. The carpet is then dried often naturally to retain quality and strength.
Stretching

Stretching

Washing may slightly alter a carpet’s shape so we stretch it and set it on frames to ensure the proper form and dimensions.
This crucial step stabilizes the weave and prepares the carpet for finishing.
